Preparation and Set-up
We start every project with a high volume power washing with TSP cleaner. This process guarantees that the paint will stick properly. We then power sand all peeling areas so a unified appearance is achieved. We then apply 25 year silicone latex caulking to fill all the gaps and prevent any water damage.
All shrubs and plants are covered and all windows are covered to protect from any spillage.
Siding Painting
A spray back brush combination is used on all siding painting. This process ensures that you get a consistent coat throughout maintain an even mil. and thickness coverage.
Trim Painting
After the siding is completed we then address the process of painting the trim. This takes attention to detail that is why we cut in to ensure straight even lines. The use of premium products from the leading manufacturers will be used to ensure that mold and mildew are deterred as long as possible.
Cleanup
We will FULL scrape and professionally wash all your windows, rake and clean up the surrounding area so your home is left looking better than when we arrived.
